I appreciated Dr Osborne's gentle nature and wanting to help with my problems. I found he was not forthcoming in how he was going to go about that. The nurse was caught off guard when I asked why she was giving me a shot and why a prescription was requested.

Very pleasant experience for a not so pleasant condition. The PA and techs were lovely and efficient and the doctor was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He knew exactly what I was going through and offered ways to deal with the problem in a friendly and caring manner.

I found the Oasis clinic to be a wonderful environment with a cheerful efficient staff of well- trained people. The PAC, Heather, skillfully and painlessly corrected the problem of my repeated nose bleeds, cauterizing a vein in my nose. Hopefully, I will have no more nose bleeds. Our appointment was for 11:00am, the office was very busy, and appointments were running late. It would have been nice to have been told that. Once in the exam room, everything was great! The Doctor was very friendly and encouraging. He had a lot of patience, he listened to us, and then took care of business. He explained why he wanted additional tests, and then got them ordered.

Dr.Smedley and his staff are very professional, kind and courteous. Appointments made with ease. Wait in front office and exam room were very short. Dr.Smedley eagerly and enthusiasticly answered ALL of my young son's questions. Dr.Smedley answered all of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. I highly recommend this office, the staff and whole heartedly, Dr.Smedley! Thank you Doctor and God bless.

Staff was kind and cheerful. Dr. Osborne explained everything that was going to happen. I had NO Pain, he stopped my constant nose bleeds. He was also fun to talk with. I would highly recommend their clinic.
