Kimberly Jager, MSN, FNP‑C, is a board‑certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a clinical focus in ear, nose, and throat (ENT) care at Oasis ENT in Surprise, Arizona. She has more than 10 years of nursing and advanced practice experience.
Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Arizona in 2012. She began her nursing career in Phoenix and gained over a decade of acute care experience, with a clinical focus in cardiology, across several West Phoenix hospitals. Kimberly advanced her training by completing a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Family Nurse Practitioner at Grand Canyon University. She is now a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) working in the field of otolaryngology (ENT).
Kimberly believes in delivering care that combines clinical expertise with compassion and respect. Drawing on her background in cardiology and acute care, she understands the importance of listening closely to patients and involving them in each step of their treatment. Her philosophy emphasizes collaborative care, minimally invasive approaches when appropriate, and supporting patients through a safe, efficient recovery.
Kimberly provides evaluation and management for a wide range of ENT conditions, including:
- Allergy testing and treatment (injections and sublingual drops)
- Ear conditions such as infections, hearing concerns, and balance issues
- Nasal and sinus conditions (rhinology)
- Voice and throat disorders
- Obstructive sleep apnea and snoring
- Medical support and follow-up care for sinus and nasal procedures, including balloon sinuplasty and rhinoplasty, in coordination with Oasis ENT surgeons
Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys traveling, exercising, shopping, and spending time with her husband and their dog.
