To Our Patients

Our goal is to deliver and provide the most current treatments and to keep you and your family healthy, informed, hearing well, allergy free and disease free. We want to make your visit as efficient and friendly as possible. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please give us at least 48 hours advance notice so your appointment slot may be filled and to prevent a "no-show charge".

Our otolaryngologists strive to inform and educate and answer all of your questions in a timely manner. As a courtesy to the other patients waiting to be seen by your physician, please limit your questions to and relating to your current medical problem or concerns. During our busy season, we genuinely appreciate your patience in our waiting room. If you have been waiting longer than 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, please let the front office staff know and if you need to be rescheduled due to a time constraint, everything possible will be done to get you scheduled in a timely manner.

If you are a new patient to the practice, we usually schedule you with the next available physician. However, if you wish to see a specific doctor, please feel free to mention it upon scheduling and your request will be honored at the earliest time slot available. Prior to your visit, please download and print the New Patient form and Medical Release form found within "Patient Forms" page and have it filled out prior to your arrival. Otherwise please plan to arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork. You will need to provide us with a current insurance card (accepted insurance list may be found within "Patient Forms" page), your most up-to-date list of medications, all pertinent previous medical records, and X-Ray films before you visit. If you have questions regarding our new patient process, please do not hesitate to ask questions from our front office staff. Please check with your insurance to see if you need a referral from your primary care doctor to see our specialist.

If you are a current patient who is seeking a second specialist opinion, we encourage you to schedule an appointment with our other physician specialist.

If you are a current patient who has question for your physician specialist, please do not hesitate to call and leave a detailed message with our medical assistant. Please allow 24hr returned reply to your question. If it is a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 or proceed to the nearest emergency room, most preferably one of the affiliated hospitals listed within "Affiliate Hospitals" page.

If you are a current patient who needs a prescription refill, please call during office hours and leave a message with our medical assistant during business hours and as a courtesy please allow 24hr returned reply notice. Please have your pharmacy phone number available or have your pharmacy call for a refill. Under the current Arizona Drug Enforcement laws, no narcotic refills may be called into pharmacies. In order to get your narcotic prescription refilled, you must make an appointment to be seen by one of our physicians, or you may choose to go to the emergency room to get them refilled.

Our desire is to deliver the best standard of care possible. If we fall short of your expectations, please do not hesitate to call and talk to our onsite office manager. We will do everything possible to resolve the issues in a timely manner. If we exceed your expectations and you would like to let us know, please feel free to send us a review and we will make sure your message is forwarded to the appropriate staff.
